What to do with mid face asymmetry?

My malar and orbital area is flatter on my left side. Both sides are recessed tho

Can the modified LF 2/3 procedures fix this?

The two sides can be moved independently (at least that's what Sinn does). But this can help only so much - you're constrained by the shape of your bones in any osteotomy. Custom implants may be needed.

It is possible to fix it through facial bipartition or orbital box osteotomy. Both are very invasive procedures and i do not recommend them.
