we may have seen these before, but this guy does a really good job on the chin and jaw line(aestheticallY) --obvs. he's doing rhinoplasties on some of the patients as well, but if this is without any jaw angle implants the results and projection are really good.

Exactly, in the before pictures the patients are looking down, in the after pictures they are looking at the ceiling. The advancement can't be so impressive if the surgeon has to employ these tricks.

well i agree on the odd pose, but still these patients have stronger lower jaw angles and stronger, more advanced chins then i've seen on any of the gunson/arnett patients(male patients) this is why I'm wondering if there was lipo/and or augmentation with implants as well involved. this doc is a PS too, so he may have done things in addition to just the advancement or rotation.
