I like a lot a lot of Sailer's results but I don't know why I was choosing not to see that him and his wife use people, they will drain you for whatever they can.I met a guy from England who paid 250,000 for only the lower jaw to be moved 😐They make up prices depending on how rich they think you are.And then because he only moved the lower jaw and the guy didn't have braces obviously the teeth didn't meet after! When he confronted Sailer he said, "dear friend this is most strange but we can fix this with another surgery..." Are you f**king kidding charge all that for one jaw and then God knows what for the other?Also I think his sight is probably failing as everything he does comes out asymmetrical, hence his favorite phrase, "symmetry is overrated".The owner of Klinik Pyramide is trying to get him struck off.He was honestly like a hero to me so I must have been in denial about all this s**t. It really is a shame that he has chosen to go down this path, at one time I think he was the best surgeon in his field.
I know, I couldn't believe it, this person was a multi multi millionaire, he had made all that from nothing, surely he would be clever enough to know he was being had.

I had bimax, genio, nose bridge, cheekbone and brow implants which was 100,000 gbp many others that I spoke to were about 200, 000 for bimax but there was that guy that paid 250,000 for ONE jaw then had to pay again for the upper because suprise surprise his teeth didn't meet lol really unbelievable.I knew someone that worked there, this cheating was openly encouraged.
