Hello folks,
Need your advice please.

My eyes look sad as  I have Scleral show due to droopy eyelids and NCT, my biggest problem.
Also, my cheeks as you can see are very flat and I have negative vector.

I went to many surgeons but I am only considering two of them :

First option :

Silicone implant for the cheeks area +
Malar-Mid face lift +
External canthopexy for Neutral canthus alignement +
Lower Bleph

costs : 8K EUR

Second option

Medpor infra orbital rim / Zygomatic implants.
Temporal lift with small incision in the hairline.
Possibility of canthopexy, the doctor wasn't clear about it....he said let's focus first on the volume

costs: 6K EUR

You look good as you are. Don't take it the wrong way, but I think you may end up looking different, but no better.

Your face and structure remind me of mine; no implants I would avoid. Get fillers instead. Temporary and you can see how you feel about the result.

yes i see the above advice as prudent.  youre good looking i would avoid surgery for the time being.  fillers work well as a temp solution, make sure you get a good injector.  Also learn to squinch for photos, its when you tense up and squint with the lower eye lid and relax the upper eyelid slightly.

don't get all these implants and s**t you'll look f**ked up.

you're f**king handsome dude and your eyes have a bit of scleral show but they look GOOD. You have a nice look to you. You're gonna f**k it up.

i disagree with the above. fillers are a huge money pit, that is never ending, and the under eye area is by far the most difficult, you will need to find a world renouned doc, and still then results are temp and it will cost easiliy what an operation will.

you have a great low face, but almost no projection around the eyes, this will get worse and worse in the next years.

find the best doc you can afford and get a conservative implant.

dont go to the doc that wanted to do the lift at the same time as the implant, that is stupid, the implant could easily take care of the loose skin, you are way to young for a face lift, those can only be done once or twice, you need to save this golden b ullte
