Dr. John Wallace in Dallas

I had a consult.  Worked under posnick.  I like him but he only does 30 or so a year, and his practice consists of more than just jaw surgery.   Would anyone have anthing to add?  Price very reasonable.

I have never heard of him, but that sounds like a glorified dentist who pulls teeth for a living. I'd want a surgeon with more routine. Wolford is in Dallas as well, and he's one of the best in the world although obviously also expensive.
