i agree she gained more projection, but OT was the rounding of her lower face preventable at all? before her lower jaw sort of sloped down, now ur facial type is a straight up U. like 90* laterally. am i the only one seeing this?

No I see it too. I actually have that inward groove on the face from cheekbone to jawline and really like it, don't want to lose it like she did. Maybe cause her mandible was set back?

I think her surgeon did that "on purpose", says on his CV that he is a proud member of the Arnett Foundation

or who knows... maybe it isn't preventable at all

I think it suits certain people really well

this girl gained plenty of projection

sadly her movements aren't listed

^^I really like this result because her upper lip retained its curl as her maxilla was advanced. I don't know why the upper lip flattens in other cases, such as this:

Were these done by the same surgeon?

I think her results are really good- she looks soft and feminine (something I consider aesthetically pleasing), strong jaws and chins work with some faces but not others...  Is it possible to get the bite right AND maintain lower face shape- it seems tricky. Wish I understood the mechanics behind this.
We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.
