Double jaw surgery: Effects on paranasal area
« on: May 26, 2017, 10:44:33 AM »
Does anyone know what will happen to the paranasal area when u do a double jaw advancement? Especially when you lack bone support in that area and have low cheekbones.

Interesting question. Hope some folks give input. I think a lot depends on how high the lefort 1 cut is made and what is being done with the maxilla (CCW/ downgraft/ level of advancement).
