So I have multiple issues. TMJ, sleep apnea, underbite, and the other is a long face. My braces are done and I'm a couple days away from my surgeon consult but I would like to hear your guys opinions for aesthetics. I was thinking that a CCW rotation + impaction+ Upper jaw advancement would solve my aesthetic problems but I'm not sure what do you guys think? I do have a bit of a gummy smile as well.
