Best options for improving the cheekbones?

I'm looking for ways to get better cheek definition, my cheekbones are too flat and small. What procedures are actually effective?

I like Hydroxyapitite grafts, but they run the risk of being impossible to revise if youre unhappy the first time around.  The ZSO seems to have limited efficacy in terms of the augmentation that is possible is relative to your starting point.  Custom implants seem ok, easier to revise, and low risk of morbidity. Maybe give it a round of fillers to see how you like it before choosing your path.
