Long face after surgery! What to do?

Hi! I had 3 surgeries in 1: upper jaw lift, lower jaw surgery for overbite, and genioplasty. I used to have an oval "ideal" face shape, now my face is oblong and I absolutely hate it. I dont want to have a revision, I made another forum where I got that answer, and that is just stupid.
But is there anything I can do, or the surgeons can do to make my face shorter? Is it something they can remove from my chin?

You should consult with some good surgeons (non socialized health care) abroad once enough time has elapsed. 

Lip lift is all i could think of to "shorten" your face from your pics.

Not enough information. What's an 'upper jaw lift'? Impaction of anterior maxilla for gummy smile and CCW or an even cut removing a cross section through the entire maxilla as to shorten the whole thing. was it moved forward??
