In the 2nd photo, there is bright light washing out any contours or lines. Lighting is much worse in the first set of photos.

'Lipogens' is a TRADEMARK for a type of fat grafting that can be done without the sytem one of the authors (Tremolada) is marketing.

Of course, if you do something else aimed at improving what max-fax does not improve, the over all results will look better. But if you're looking in terms of what a maxfax surgery can do, it's best to look for examples in the absence of other procedures.
