Your jaws are fine.
Your nose looks huge to you because of your anterior nasal spine.
Your ANS being prominent, is pushing your upper lip forward and is giving you a tethered upper lip.
If you want to fix this, consult several competent rhinoplasty surgeons, and ask them to show you a morph of what your nose would look like.
If you don't have the money to pay a very good surgeon, I wouldn't even bother because you might not like the outcome and need further surgery.
Do other members of your family have similar noses?
