Nightmare about surgery

Well it wasnt really a nightmare but in my dream my surgery was scheduled for later on in the day and i became extremely anxious and started having second thoughts. I'm currently in braces and haven't even consulted a maxfac yet. But thinking about surgery now does kind of make me scared.

I am having them also, even though I am probably a year out from surgery, just getting started.   I find the more I know about the procedure the more at ease I am with it, still having to pause a YouTube video of the procedure a couple of times LOL.  I however wake up some nights panicked about how to pay for all of this, despite having a couple of options.
