Any cheap Ceph program?

I'm looking for a ceph program for $200 or less. I want to do some photoshop manipulation of my cephs to simulate various movements and run the analysis each time to see what the most ideal results I can get are.

I can use cephx.com but it will cost me separately to test every manipulation.

Are there any affordable/decent options?

Pardon me for being off topic (first reply, no less!), But while I commend your thorough approach, I think designing your surgery can be a fool's errand. Your surgeon may say yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll do what you want and then proceed doing what he can.  The other alternative is a yes man who will do what you want and your plan was just a bad idea.

If I were you, I'd see someone who does nothing but surgeries day in day out and is a specialist in complex rotations. You may not need any rotation... But a you can't really know that unless you see someone who has that in his toolkit. Surgeons who can't do them, obviously won't mention them, or if asked will brush them off as "unstable".  It'd be like going to a Toyota dealer and asking about BMWs.

An orthognathic specialist will have operated on someone with your your kind off starting point (especially those that do a lot of revisions). They will be your best bet.

You could try 'Easy Ceph' assuming you know where to locate the points needed. http://www.easyceph.com/en/learning.php   However, I'm not sure it allows you to do a displacement analysis.

The problem we discussed in another thread is in Canada the "best" jaw surgeons don't like doing downwards CCW. So it's hard to get that opinion. I'm obsessive anyway.

I plan to see Gunson, Wolford, and maybe Antipov as well. My original surgeon was one of the "best" in Canada and I still got screwed.

I've learned you have to know what you want. I can read people pretty well. I'm not looking for someone who pays me lip service. I will be asking every surgeon what they think should be done and why. I just want to go into each further consult knowing as much as I can.

Ceph Tracing is $2,000 USD
Ceph Treatment add-on is another $2,500 USD
3D Surgery is $15,000 USD (includes ceph tracing & treatment)

Aditionally several combinations of Ricketts, Steiner and Downs analyses (developed by Universidad Central de Venezuela) are also available. We are working on the implementation of several other analyses."

Sassouni is very important in my opinion and it's missing. This is very limited. Cool thing about EasyCeph is they do Anterior views as well. I'm gonna have them do mine of that at least.

Gonna keep hunting. If I have to, I'll buy the Dolphin ceph program but that's a waste of money really.

It's because they limit them to the pro orthos. I've seen one where the patient kind of had to write 'Dr' in front of his name in order to get a sample of cephX read out.

When in doubt use Ancient Geometry.

ETA: The Dolphin software is a 'Class__' device (forgot the class number). But the classification has to do with it being a MEDICAL device used in medical predictions which means the company probably does not sell the software for it outside of being an ortho-med pro. But I guess they can do a ceph analysis FOR you.
