I ruled out a ZSO as the cut is being made quite far back on the arch but I could be wrong.

Zygomatic Sagittal Split Osteotomy (ZSSO): in this technique the zygomatic arch is isolated from its temporal origin to its zygomatic insertion both on its lateral and medial surfaces a sagittal full thickness osteotomy of the zygomatic arch is performed. Later, 2 separate partial thickness osteotomies: one on the arch’s osteotomies are connected with the previously released sagittal osteotomy. I don't know what procedure it's meant to illustrate. It's just (some kind) of oesteotomy of the zygomatic arch which technically speaking is (part of) the temporal bone. Perhaps done to make wider and/or higher bone prominence to SIDES.
