What does Your bite look like?

If you’re bite is ok then maybe a genioplasty to add vertical height and forward projection.

Just a thought.

Only problem is I can't afford jaw surgery. Do you think I would benefit more from jaw implants or a genioplasty?

I've read that chin implants can erode bone over time. Perhaps that might also apply to jaw implants? Something you should consider and investigate. IMO, you look fine as you are. Not ugly. You don't look like a model, but neither do and that's fine.

maybe genioplasty.

avoid jaw surgery at all costs. implants are very dangerous.
