Hi, im Looking for a lower jaw widening surgery, ive heard About the chin wing osteotomy but it seems that this osteotomy gives more chin projection rather than a broadening of the lower jaw.
Is there any other Option? I dont want implants.
Im also Looking for a malar/zygomatic arch osteotomy, but im not quite sure if this surgery gives really much more horizontal and Forward projection, because ive saw some before after Pictures in the past, and there wasnt much difference.
