Wisdom teeth removal at same time as MMA?

Has anyone gotten a wisdom teeth removal + MMA at the same time?

I've had mine taken out before MMA.

My surgeon said he would rather taken them out beforehand due to the possibility of unfavourable bone splits and also mine were impacted, so he rather not remove at the same time as MMA.

One of my regrets during my double jaw surgery (which didn't go well) is that I left my impacted wisdom teeth in place prior to the operation. My surgeon said he would remove them if they got in the way. But do you really want your surgeon making a judgment call on wisdom teeth during the operation rather than focusing on the planned movements?

Yeah thats actually good thinking.
Better to focus on the main surgery at hand, rather than getting sidetracked with wisdom teeth.
