Can you do it within a couple of weeks after the surgery? And what are the risks of doing a revision so fast? My surgeon says it is possible, but i risk losing the graft. My case = i needed a 4 mm sidewing + shaving off a bit of the sides of the chin implant (based on my previous implant that was too big), but i ended up with a 10 mm dropdown + 8-9 mm sidewing, so i already know this is way too big. Approximately 60% of the swelling is gone i think, 9-10 days after surgery, and i am not pleased at all with what i see. I know there will be more definition when all the swelling is gone, but i do not like the overall structure. It is way too disproportional.
