List of the best cosmetic maxfacs in Canada?

These are some names I've seen of doctors with both plastic as well as maxillofacial surgery training in practice right now.

What are your thoughts on these guys and feel free to add any other names I've missed.

How do you think these guys stack up vs american surgeons?

fialkov is a PS he can do max fac cause he did some one year residency but he doesn't do it regularly.

Camenetti and Tocchio are known as the best. I wouldn't see anyone else, maybe Dr. Ho is better now he's more experienced than before but he was a f**king newbie a few years ago.

Tocchio sucks too. I’ve seen more than one of his overimpactions online. Any surgeon can do an underbite. It’s in the vertical changes that most are supremely clueless.

My only concern is traveling abroad is very risky for natives no, if something goes wrong there accountability of the surgeon as well as your ability to pursue compensation is heavily reduced if you are traveling to europe

Perhaps less so with us surgeons but they will charge an arm and a leg

I was more thinking of getting follow up visits etc. But yes this is all risky stuff in the end. Maybe I am crazy for pursuing this.

Youre absolutely crazy if you let ali adibfar do work on your face. The best youl get is medpor implants without screws because “the muscles hold them in place” smfh.

This, man. Before surgery the surgeon will be all attentive. After surgery if there are problems: forget about it and you can try to solve it yourself. It's a money business.

My choice right now is Wittenberg in vancouver or Alfaro in spain. Wittenberg has a history with paranasal implants and is in Canada which I'm hoping will make follow up and safety better.

However from what I'm hearing surgeon follow up post surgery will be equally s**tty no matter where you are? Still I hear Alfaro very much treats his patients like cattle and it will be near impossible to make trips to Spain post surgery.

My other choices are US surgeons.
