Amazing result! How is it that I can't see any noticeable changes to your nose despite your maxillary impaction? I thought any maxillary superior repositioning usually leads to nasal base widening and/or a more upturn nose.

Maybe @kavan can shed some light here?

Nasal base widening gets more visible with a lot of maxilla advancement. Old thread. Did not read all the details but was clear was mainly the impaction.
