Money has nothing to do with good surgery. If that was the case, Hollywood actors that did PS wouldn't look like freaks.
Hollywood PS is about trying to stay young. They are all attractive to begin with.

Generally speaking, hollywood actors are afraid of invasive procedures such as osteotomies and can not afford a longer downtime. Moreover, in the case of a bad result, such interventions can not simply be reversed and you look like you did before. Thats why they prefer PS. It has nothing to do with money.

Money can't buy you good/perfect results, that was my point. It's not that when you pay more, you get better results. Nobody knows beforehand how a procedure will turn out, it's impossible to predict. You deal with soft tissue, scar tissue, phenotype, how much time a surgeon dedicates to you, luck, possible complications, etc. When someone tries to change his phenotype, it can often look unnatural. These things cannot be predicted beforehand. Even the most skilled surgeons have way more suboptimal outcomes. For example, a nosejob is a very tricky procedure to do. But same goes for implants and osteotomies.

And there is something else: people with money often are able to pay for stuff, so they keep doing stuff, eventually ending up doing way too much. Ideally, you only do one procedure and it turns out good/great. Repeating stuff often leads to more complications, more scar tissue, unnatural look, etc. This happens more ofteh than people think.

osteotomies aren't well known yet. Its only a thing in subcorners of the net since a couple of years. Yeah they are risky but so is a nojejob and repeated facelift. nosejob can change your face as much as an osteotomy.
