My mandibular asymmetry

I have mild condylar hyperplasia or mandibular asymmetry. My midline is offset by about 2 mm, yet when you look at my face as a whole, it looks a lot more asymmetric than you would imagine from 2mm.

First picture: my face with some lines drawn to illustrate the asymmetry. Ignore the yellow line as i'm smiling with one mouth angle (keep in mind the picture wasnt taking for this purpose)
Second picture: my CBCT

Notice how my skull looks very symmetric on the CBCT.
I think the asymmetry is visible when my teeth are touching. When biting down (as in the CBCT you have to bite down on a plate) it looks a lot more normal.

Can this mandibular asymmetry be fixed with bimax alone? I'm getting bimax either way. Is this an easy case to fix?
Edit: forgot to mention, i don't have my lower braces yet (deep bite). The offset midline might be a case of orthodontics
