Un-equal ramus bones

The ramus bone on the left side of my mandible is significantly shorter than the ramus bone on the right side of my mandible.

What surgical procedure could I get this fixed with?

Because I'm the 'welcome wagon' (aka alienation manager) for 'Lookism' type members.

OK. segitlek.  Solution would be custom implants.

So that means there's no osteotomy for un-equal ramus bones? And that only a custom implant could "equalize" the ramus bones on both sides?

Szívesen. Custom implants more predictable, especially IF you also want to widen the jaw area. Osteo is possible. BUT if you also want to widen, custom implant is way to go.
