Hello everyone,
I am quite unhappy with the aesthetics of my profile, and was able to receive a referral for a Bay Area Kaiser OMFS.
At our initial consult the surgeon mentioned a lower jaw advancement and an upper jaw widening, but I am unsure whether this would give me a significant enough improvement to even look normal. I have attached my x-ray and would like some opinions on what can and should be done so I can look better.
