You say you're doing it for aesthetic purposes mostly, but it sounds like your physical problems are serious and a more legit reason. I always base looks on whether I'd think twice seeing the person on the street, and I wouldn't, so I think you fall within normal. But yes, you do have jaw issues.
Both jaws actually look recessed. I think you can move the upper forward about 3mm, then rotate the entire complex CCW. You could probably get away with a larger genio 5 to 7mm to address the vertical dimension of the lower face. I personally wouldn't shorten the lower third via the chin because by it being on the longer side it's balancing out your long midface. It looks like you have some room with your bite, too -- seems to be a few mm overjet, so you could get a little advancement there.
The beard is making it hard to see everything.
