Overjet and Overbite appear to be normal, which is good.
The dental midlines aren't entirely visible (blurry) but appear to be close enough on top of each other (also good).

What is not good is the bit where neither of your posterior teeth make contact on either side.

I doubt this will be fixable with elastics, the bite should at least be set by the surgeon in a way where the last molars touch and the incisor overjet and overbite is normal.
The rest is the ortho's job. Did your posterior teeth touch after surgery, i.e. did you have Molar (the 7s in each jaw) occlusion at some point after surgery?

I suppose it would be tolerable if only the first Molars (the 6s) touch in both jaws, that might be doable with elastics. Other than that you are looking at table tops or crowns. Or a redo of the surgery which might end up not working or causing other issues.
