In this case (i think it's Gunson's patient), is it just jaw surgery ? Or also sime kind of liposuction.. or lift, cause i dont understand how skin can be stretched by the jaw surgery ( i can understand to some extand, but ive seen many case like the skin looks like it had a lift after or tightened).. or did she just lose weight ( i know also after surgery some cant eat much for monthes, thus forcefully cause to lose weight, that can also be a reason.
