Not really possible to judge without actual pictures.  But it does sound like custom implants could help you.

I started out attractive already and to be fair the nurse did tell me privately that i was already beautiful However, all common sense went out the window and i was way too influenced by korean plastic surgery. I was thinking of just doing the jaw and leave the zygoma alone. I'm jsut wondering if the implants will tighten up the skin a bit.

If anyone can recommend a good surgeon for custom implants that would be appreciated. Someone other then Dr. Yamachuck and eppley.

 Enclosed are 2 ct scan of my face. One taken in 2018 and the one in blue taken recently 2020.

I only see one jpg. image but no other image .
