@Mossy:In my opinion you shouldn't do any thing about your face. You look even under bad lighting good. I would forget about all this stuff and this forum.

Well thanks Gadwin and everyone. Perhaps that first surgeon did try to take advantage of me and I will work on My confidence so that I can’t be manipulated like that again.

Sorry about the error in my story too. It was the first surgeon who wanted to sell me plastic surgery. The second surgeon turned me away and the third one accepted my case and agreed to a le fort 1.

Yes please do that, that's what you need, not plastic surgery. I can't believe any doctor offered to do a very serious operation like LeFort on your face - this is just so wrong on so many levels. Sadly there are 'doctors' like that out there, you need to protect yourself and your face from them.
