Honestly you are a good looking guy, better than average for your age group - in terms of face, of course we do not know about what you look like overall, but your face is totally fine and cannot possibly be the reason why you do not have a wife / girlfriend. Way worse looking men have one or the other or both at the same time
. Especially when you smile that looks nice - as a straight woman, the only thing I noticed when I was watching the video was the nice smile. I agree with Lazlo that working out could help more than any facial surgery in your case. Make sure you are well dressed, well groomed, in shape, smell nice and smile often, and you should be fine.
