I  have a question that's different than most CCW nasal change questions on here.

What CCW and forward bimax (4mm) effect would there be on a nose that has the bottom part braced with a piece of caritiledge? Asking b/c I know most questions center on a "original" nose. The piece of caritledge bracing in question is the below:

4th photo block, "D" , the bottom strut like graft ONLY that's like a curved knife blade

nose type: like the girls but straighter bridge

I had a septal strut to prevent my nose from drooping when smiling...It's a I or L shaped septal cartilage graft that goes from the base of your nose to the tip of your nose. Basically, it anchors your nose and  you can not push it down into a piggy nose or upturn and scrunch it either..like the above

since the nose is basically solid at the tip with cartilage grafts and it can barely bend up (and def not down)...during CCW when the nose is naturally upturned....will it rotate the whole nose structure up or will the graft area brace part of the nose down against moving in the upturn while the nostrils, etc move up and look taut, hence looking wierd?

Would an alar cinch even help?  Would shaving the ANS nasal spine help?
