Short answer- In my opinion I'd avoid implants at all costs. Consult with a jaw surgeon.
In my opinion, all implants look terrible. Besides the inferior aesthetics of implants, they also fail to fix basic issues with the anatomy of your jaw. They fail to fix a 'gummy' smile or your midface. If you have a recessed jaw, you can also expect benefits such as improved posture, sleep (very important for cognitive function), and athletic performance from a proper airway. The value proposition of DJS greatly improves when all the factors besides aesthetics are taken into account
Do you need jaw surgery? Respecting others' opinions on this thread on your lack of useful documentation, I will not answer. Get a sleep study. Go see a jaw surgeon. If they say nothing is wrong with little/ no investigation, write them off and continue to visit surgeons until you find an answer you can accept.
