cheek implants causing severe itching and burning sensation in skin

i got my cheek implants done in november. everything was fine till about march. where my face has been constantly itching, and burning. ive tried switching from my usual skincare regime yet it still hasnt gotten better. ive tried going outside instead of staying home just working all day but still it itches. ive checked my apartment for mold and was unable to find anything.  is it possible my cheek implants are causing this?

A top maxfac told me infection can happen any time. He said he had patients coming back more than a decade after surgery with an infection. That's why he no longer does them.

What's the material? I don't know about implants but I do know that titanium screws can get infected any time, even several years after surgery. I was told that most infections appear within the first weeks or months, but there's still a chance even years later, albeit much lower.
