Dr Yaremchuk retired?

Google says his clinic is permanently closed. Does anyone know of surgeons who are as skilled as he was at custom implants, such as orbital rims, jaw and chin implants, etc.?

Dr Pagnoni in Italy
Dr Dhir in USA
Dr Ramieri in Italy (although he started recently so can’t say if he has much experience)

That's interesting that Ramieri only started doing IOR implants recently. Do you know when and why he started, and what his approach to design is?
Raffaini is dead against implants (he used to do them but thinks they age badly) and offers zygomatic osteotomy plus fat transfer for midface advancement.
Seems like both approaches have downsides. Difficult to know which is best.
