I am now eight months post-op from the revision. I had my revision surgery in June 2024 with Dr. Sullivan, and I had my original surgery at UCLA in January 2021. I requested a revision because I felt I was too advanced especially maxilla, and asymmetrical. I wanted to ask your honest feedback on the revision without providing my own thoughts.

Hard to say. It would depend on what you were wanting to get out of the revision surgery. BOTH frontal and profile pre-revision and post revision look good to me. Personally, I see NEITHER asymmetry NOR over advancement of the maxilla in the befores. I don't see those in the afters either.
With reference to the FRONTAL perspective: In the pre-revision it looks like you have a little more upper tooth show and somewhat of a 'taller' face. In post revision, it looks like you have a little less tooth show and and a less taller face. Profile changes are too subtle to call out.
So, that's why I say it would DEPEND on what you wanted to get out of the revision surgery. IF you said you wanted to 'trade in' a little less tooth show in 'exchange' for a little less tall face, then I would say the surgery was successful towards achieving those goals.
However, you elected to withhold your own thoughts on that. So, there is nothing more I can say here about goals of correcting 'asymmetry' or 'over advancement of the maxilla' because I don't see those things in either the befores or afters.
