I've recently got face analysis done and this is the morph that was included:

I've noticed jaw angle was made to be much lower and facial height shortened.
Is this achievable with jaw surgery and either wraparound jaw implant or combination of genioplasty with jaw angle implants?
-
yes, but its not worth it. Unless you have some functional issue like maloclusion or OSA, probably ill advised.

hmmm what did they suggest? why are you/they not suggesting a "simple" chin wing or just directly fillers? i think i lowered my jaw angles significantly witt these procedures. had i had your starting point i would've probably not done anything, i would just try ahard filler or a chin wing if i were you! could you post all the surgical reccs?

"Osteotomy on the border of the mandible and chin" is that a chin wing? I thought chin wing doesn't give any lateral projection?

yes that is a chin wing

you are so f**ked in the head to ant jaw surgery.
-
what on earth do you need jaw surgery for??
chin wing can give lateral projection.

i agree. you should stick to reccs or jump directly to fillers

I need jaw surgery for functional reasons, not aesthetic...
I have injured my sub-condylar part of the mandible a year ago and lost bone in the left part of the mandible (or as Eppley said, I've not lost bone per se, but I've lost vertical height due to healing process.) Assymetry is not noticeable for me or anyone else but I can clearly see my lower teeth are canted to the left
So the only surgeon I've consulted with suggested only 2mm advancement and I would be completely satisfied with that.
Here is the gif I made using the x-ray he took before my consultation and the 3D set up he sent to me as a result I can expect:

I don't want a jaw surgery, I NEED IT.
I could also get custom jaw implants to mask this, if I got chin wing right now I could expect major assymetry due to this.

seems crazy to me to have jaw surgery. you can mask the asymmetry somehow. trust me-jaw surgery is brutal. i wouldn't get it for this s**t

I don't see how jaw surgery can achieve that in your case. But none of us are looking at cephs and your gummy smile situation or lack thereof so meh garbage in garbage out I guess.
