Title: Assymetric jaws correction options?
Post by: mynameis on September 14, 2016, 06:59:58 PM
Can somebody please explain to me how BSSO's and Lefort 1 can be used to correct assymetrically grown jaws?

I understand impactions, advancements, retractions and I know genioplasties can move chin positions.

But how does fixing assymetries using BSSO's work?

Thank you. So they can't be used to raise lower the ramus/jaw angle?
