What does it do and how is it different from a chin wing osteotomy?

Chin Wing Osteotomy Is nothing but an extended Genioplasty where the Osteotomy cut extends from chin to the back of the jaw. Here the sliced jaw is moved forward
Side wing osteotomy on the other hand has the same osteotomy cut, but the sliced jaw is widened or lowered or both but no forward movement. If there's a forward movement, then it's chin wing
