Title: how will my face change

I have a underbite and I am thinking about getting a jaw surgery. But i am really scared about how it will change my face.

* Will my face get wider or more narrow?
* Will my philtrum get shorter or longer?
* How will the surgery change the rest of the face?

cant say.  it depends on the surgical plan, and whats done.  If you have single jaw advancement via lefort one ul probably get better looking, depending on if youre mandibular hyperplastic of maxillary retrognathic.  too many variables to give you a straight answer.  if you posted some pics and gave us some more info, you may have better luck.
