First, I'm going with a specialist known for their revision work. So I'm confident with the surgeon and the quality, but what I'm afraid of is that it won't be "enough" to fix the aesthetic and functional issues from my previous surgery. I already had a longer face but my original surgery made it longer, it also made my nose and lips uneven to the point where clear asymmetry is visible. My revision plan is looking to fix those issues, but I feel it won't go far enough. I've tried discussing that with the surgeon but I am not sure if he is simply limited by my current issues and can't do more than he's already planned for. He will do CCW but I want more impaction I think to reduce the longer face I have. I also will be moving my maxilla back because it was moved much too far forward.

We need scans not the numbers.

Are these more helpful? The revision surgeon also won't do a three piece lefort or sarpe so sadly I'll continue to have a narrow palate and smile. I don't think I can convince him of improving those things so I won't bother.

How big were the movements for upper and lower jaw in the first surgery? How many mm shall the upper jaw be brought back in the revision?
