Hi, 3 months ago I did a double maxillofacial surgery. After surgery, the face I stay much thinner height and the right side is wider than the other generating asymmetry, very bad. I wanted to know if this is possible to fix it with a plastic surgery, and if surgery is very complicated. Thanks

You still have a lot of healing to get over. 3 months is not enough time to really see the full results. If anything, I'd wait 6-12 months.
Anyhow, I wouldn't panic about the asymmetry. It could be soft tissue/fat/muscle attributing to this (moved around). Also, no ones face is perfectly symmetrical- and if it is indeed a bone asymmetry, you could very well choose fat grafting/implants. There are many plastic surgery offices that offer the 3D scan to make custom made implants for your face.
Best of luck to you.
