Title: "Severe" midface hypoplasia and long face syndrome
Post by: christopper on July 10, 2018, 07:45:16 AM
Hi all
I'm a 17 year old with midface hypoplasia and long face syndrome.
My profile is very bad. My eyes are bulgy and asymmetric because of recessed infraorbitals.
I need my midface and jaws to move about 1 inch to have a Forward Maxilla.
I probably got the least forward growth on this forum, I need to advance all my facial bones to ascend.
What surgeries would you recommend and who's the best surgeon(s) to fix my face and help me ascend?

How will my face benefit from modified LeFort III and other surgeries?

Ascend?

What do all those lines mean on your pictures, and why is only one of your eye blocked out? In the first one you missed your eye completely lol.

I concur. Not sure if he is trolling or taking these issues seriously.
To start, I'd like to see the skeletal images and analysis, without those, there is no way to offer a reasonable opinion just on facial appearances alone, and to see if there is some underlining skeletal discrepancies.

Please look up "severe midface hyploplasia" on google. Not saying you couldn't benefit from midface augmentation / jaw surgery / etc but you don't have "severe midface hypoplasia". It's honestly disrespectful to throw around these terms (of which you have no idea the meaning) when real people suffer from these deformities.

You must be from Lookism. Stop going to that site. Everyone on there is delusional.

I believe the solution is for the Lookism types to stop coming to this one. They can get sent back there.

Seriously we need to trademark the following phrase for a T-shirt. It will sell like hotcakes.

"I ASCENDED WITH A MODIFID LEFORT III"
