Not sure who the surgeon is but this girl had a fantastic result. Really beautiful profile in my opinion. She had a 4mm maxillary advancement, 7mm mandibular advancement, and 4mm chin advancement.

Posture often changes with jaw surgery. Like this Arnett/Gunson patient. Her neck has straightened and her posture looks much less strained.

Yes that's another great example..  It just shoes how the aesthetic part of jaw surgery is just the tip of the iceberg.   There are so many functional issues it affects weather someone even realizes it or not yet.

I think this lady had a superb result... 12mm mandibular advancement and 8mm genioplasty for correction of sleep apnea. Her profile was really recessed before (very visible on the X-ray). Her posture also seems to have improved.
