So that's why some surgeons think ccw rotations are bad? Crap, that's what I need. Mx down AND wider. At least Mn forward is stable.

basic question, but what is the stability of a BSSO. I was warned about condylar resorption etc. But i think it's the best procedure in my case...

No it's very stable. It just a matter of a good surgeon with sufficient skill as well as post-op methods to keep the everything stable.
CCW just wasn't utilized and studied as much until kind of recently. But more and more docs are learning it. Not enough yet though,
