Hey guys,
So I'm trying to figure what and where I need to go for surgery. I want to increase projection in my lower third and try to balance my midface overall; however I'm not really sure how to articulate which surgeries would be best for this. I'm not quite sure exactly what I need beyond a genio, and or chin wing. Any input would be great!

Where do you live? Willing to travel ?
Are you female ? (The brow bossing, frontal sinus, & forehead bone structure looks more female than male - - sorry if I am wrong!)
It would help to see photos as well as the x-ray.
