This seems like a minor detail but why not get it right: what size wedge pillow should I get to recover from bimax surgery?
Options I see are 7", 12" or even 15" high.
I suck at sleeping normally so need all the help I can get to get comfy. Any opinions from people who have gone through this? (I'm slightly under 6' tall in case that makes a difference, sleep on back and side)
(Main Q is about the wedge but feel free to add other recommendations to improve sleep post-surgery if you feel like it)

I used a pregnancy pillow and it was an absolute life saver, I highly recommend it. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/AngQi-Pregnancy-Maternity-Pregnant-55-inch/dp/B07PQQ35J9/ref=sr_1_9?_encoding=UTF8&c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=Maternity+Pillows&qid=1612209663&s=baby-products&sr=1-9&ts_id=382727011
