Title: New here
Post by: 50konsurgeryat35 on June 16, 2021, 09:19:52 PM
Hello. I'm new here. Most people said on other forums I need bimax and CCW. My maxilla is severely recessed and I have a severe underbite.

What can I post to get people to help me better?

Why not?

Said it can't be emailed and something to do with being on a machine. Did I just get bulls**tted by his staff?

If he can't sent, then he should give it you on a CD.

It may be a CBCT which is too large to email, but even so they can give you ceph images from it. Push back to get it.

You aren’t being bulls**tted, just ask them to give it to you on a CD. You will need a PC  with a CD drive to be able to access the images though. Alternatively you can ask them for printouts, I did that with my xrays. These are your records you presumably paid for so they need to give you access to them, but it’s quite possible that they cannot be emailed.
