That's a good result compared to what the average Indian looks like. (Not an insult to Indians, I'm half Persian myself.) But compared to American standards he's still not good looking.

All I need is a lefort 3 literally been on a 500 calorie diet and I am an emaciated potato. If my surgeon doesn't give me a lefort 3 I am not sure what I'm gonna do.

The last five craniofacial surgeons I have talked to would each tell you that doing a LF3, in the absence of a recognizable extreme facial anomaly or trauma, is a really really bad idea.
