Hello everyone. Thanks in advance for your time.
Just curious about esthetic outcomes when it comes to surgery.
I'd love to hear other opinions and thoughts.

these peoples upper jaws were brought to forward and low for my taste....not judging, just using examples on what I personally dont want

type of results Im hoping for

You're kind of leaving it a bit late with 5 days to go...
A lip lift (if applicable) should be done well before the jaw surgery and the jaws moved to match. Doing one afterwards may leave you with lip incompetence.

You look good and shouldn't be self-conscious, silly.

You're wrong. A lip lift should be done after jaw surgery once you've healed and you know the new position of the soft tissue

I'm only relaying what Gunson told me. I think he's right. Lip posture is actually quite predictable with modern planning software. If the lip is long and the jaws are moved into ideal tooth show, shortening it afterwards will leave a gap.

Do you mind sharing who your surgeon is? Do you know what software was used to predict the soft tissue contour changes?
